- Order by Tuesday 1 December for branded apparel, headwear and promo products
- Catalogue promo products can take longer to arrive before we decorate them, so the earlier you order these, the better
- Artwork approval: allow a few days for proofs and any changes — the clock starts once your artwork is approved, not when you first enquire

Getting Your Artwork Ready
The fastest way to get your order moving is to send your logo in the right format. Vector files (AI, EPS or PDF) give the best result, but we can also work from a high-resolution PNG or JPG. Once your logo is set up with us, it’s kept on file — so reordering next Christmas, or adding items for new staff through the year, is quick and consistent.
